General Admission to the 2024 Outdoor Festival is $95.00/person in advance. Tickets will be $110.00 per person on-site on the day of the event. On-site tickets may be purchased using credit/debit cards only. No cash will be accepted to purchase festival tickets onsite. VIP tent tickets to the 2024 Outdoor Festival are $175.00 /person.

Tickets are also available for other Festival events including the Celebrity Golf Outing, Festival Kickoff Party, Pre-Festival Concert, Summer White Affair, Sunday Jazz Brunch and After Festival Jam. See the Festival Events page for more details.

General Admission tickets require that you bring your own seating. Please note that table-mounted umbrellas are not permitted. Chair mounted umbrellas are permissible, however umbrellas that obstruct the view of other Festival goers are prohibited and must be removed upon request of Festival management.

General Admission seating is available for the Festival Kickoff Party and Saturday festival. Reserved seating is available for the Pre-Festival Concert, Summer White Affair and the Sunday Jazz Brunch. Please visit the Festival Events page for more details.

You will NOT be allowed to bring large coolers into the event. Small coolers and unsealed bottles of water are allowed. No alcoholic beverages can be brought on-site to any Festival events however beer and wine will be available for sale. Please note that ALL bags brought on to the festival grounds may be subject to search by Prince George’s County Police and/or Maryland Park Rangers.

Personal tents are not allowed on the festival grounds. Private 10 x10 tents for 8 people are available in the reserved tent area in the center rear of the festival viewing area. Each private tent includes seating for 8, one (1) cooler with ice and a 12 pack of water. A limited number of personal tent spaces will be available to purchase in the personal tent area in rear of the festival ground. The cost of the private tent is $1,200. Note that a view of the performance stage is not guaranteed.

Parking is free and available adjacent to the festival grounds on Saturday. Shuttle service to the venue will be available free of charge.

MGM National Harbor offers free and available parking in the MGM Casino Parking garage. Valet parking is available at the front of the Hotel for a charge of $30.00.

The host Hotel is MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino which will host the Summer White Affair and the Sunday Jazz Brunch. The are several other hotels in the National Harbor resort area including the Gaylord Hotel, the Hyatt Place, the Westin Hotel, and the AC Hotel.

There are several hotels within 5 miles of the Lake Arbor Jazz Festival grounds including the Residence Inn and Suites, Courtyard Marriott, Doubletree Hotel, Homewood Suites and the Hampton Inn and Suites. Our host hotels are the Homewood Suites and the Hampton Inn and Suites.

All events are indoors with the exception of Saturday’s Lake Arbor Jazz Festival. The Festival is an outdoor event. All artists are scheduled to perform “rain, or shine” unless weather conditions make doing so unsafe. No refunds will be issued if inclement weather occurs.

Small umbrellas and hats are permitted in case of showers. Festival Management reserves the right to ask attendees to lower or remove their umbrellas if they are obstructing the view of other Festival patrons.

No pets are allowed other than service animals.

ATMs are also available at Bank of America on Lake Arbor Way between Landover Road and Campus Way North with a drive through ATM and an ATM in the lobby.

Food & Beverages: A variety of food and beverages will be for sale during the Saturday festival.

Beverages: Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and specialty drinks) will be sold on site at the Saturday Festival. Cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the Pre-Festival Concert, VIP Summer White Affair and Sunday Jazz Brunch.

Marketplace: Vendors will have merchandise for sale at Saturday’s Festival including jewelry, arts & crafts, books/CD’s, T-shirts, souvenir items and gifts.

The festival activities will also include the Annual Celebrity Golf Outing on Wednesday, July 17th, Festival Kickoff Party on Wednesday, July 17th, the Pre-Festival Concert on Thursday, July 18th, the Summer White Affair and Meet & Greet Breakfast on Friay, July 19th and the Sunday Jazz Brunch on Sunday July 21st.

All areas of the festival that are accessible to the public are wheelchair accessible. These include parking, seating, concessions and the marketplace.
