Where is the Venue located?

Concert venue is located behind the Gaylord Hotel (Southpoint at National Harbor). Upon entering National Harbor, continue straight on National Harbor Boulevard to the end. You will pass the circus on the right and continue to the concert venue

Is there a cost to attend?

Yes. The cost to attend the concert series varies based on the featured artist. All tickets are non-refundable. See the Summer Concert Series page for more details.

How much is parking and where do I park?

Parking is available onsite at the concert venue for a discounted rate of $10.00. Pay by cash or $cash app. The onsite parking is just 40 feet from the concert venue.

Do not park in the national harbor parking garage. The garages are a good distance from the venue and the cost is $30.00. We have arranged a special discounted rate of $10.00 For our guests!

Directions: The concert venue is called Soutpointe at National Harbor. National Harbor is located in Prince George’s County on the banks of the Potomac River at the intersection of I-95 and I-295 on the Capital Beltway. The address is 701 National Harbor Boulevard. Upon arrival at National Harbor, continue straight on National Harbor Boulevard until the end. You will pass the Circus and the Gaylord Hotel on the right. Continue and the venue and parking is straight ahead.

What are the seating arrangements?

All seats are reserved and socially distanced in groups of 2 and 4 only. Reserved seats must be purchased as a group with the minimum purchase of 2 seats. Groups of seats are 6 feet apart consistent with current County and CDC guidelines. All seating is covered under a large event tent providing cover from the sun, wind and rain. VIP tickets are available for front of stage seating and complimentary VIP parking. Please note that lawn chairs and umbrellas are not permitted.

Can I bring coolers, food, or beverage?

You will NOT be allowed to bring food, beverages, or coolers into the event. No alcoholic beverages can be brought on site however beer and wine will be available for sale and must be consumed in the venue’s designated area. A variety of food and other beverages will be on sale at the event. Please note that ALL bags brought on to the Festival grounds may be subject to search by Prince George’s County Police.

Can I bring my tent to the concert venue?

Personal tents are NOT allowed on the concert grounds. All seats in the performance area will be under tent cover.

I'm coming from out of town. What hotels are close to the concert venue?

There are several hotels within walking distance of the concert venue including the Gaylord National Harbor Resort, the Westin, Residence Inn and Suites, AC by Marriott and the Hyatt Place. Our host hotel Is the Westin and the Gaylord National Harbor. We have also arranged a special Lake Arbor Jazz discount rate with our sponsor destination property, Wellspring Manor & Spa. Please contact each property directly for reservation and rate information.

What happens if it rains?

The Summer concert series is an outdoor event and all concerts are under tent cover. All artists are scheduled to perform “rain, or shine” unless weather conditions make doing so unsafe. No refunds will be issued if inclement weather occurs.

Are umbrellas permitted?

No.  Umbrellas are NOT permitted under the concert performance tent. Concert Management reserves the right to ask attendees to remove umbrellas if they are brought onto the concert seating area.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed other than service animals.

Are ATM machines available at the site?

No ATMs are available at the site.  We ask attendees to bring cash or credit cards to purchase food or merchandise on site.

In addition to the music, what other activities will be at the site?

A limited number of food and beverage options will be for sale. Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only) will be sold on site. Vendors will have merchandise for sale at each concert including unique gift items.

How will I know what time each performer will be on stage?

Gates open at 6 pm. Come early to enjoy the vendors, DJ and the summer white day party before the concert. All shows begin at 7:30 PM.

Is the event wheelchair-accessible?

Yes. All areas of the concert venue that are accessible to the public are wheelchair accessible. These include parking, seating, concessions and the vendor marketplace.

Can I record the concert?

No video recording devices are permitted at any time.
