Foundation for the Advancement of Music & Education (FAME) Partnership
Prince George’s Cultural Arts Foundation is excited to announce its partnership with FAME to support their Summer Music Program. The 2024 Summer Music Program is a fun-filled and unique summer program for rising 7-12 graders who are interested in improving their musicianship, exploring music composition, recording and production, and learning about music careers. This program offers a great opportunity for students to develop their musical abilities, learn from experienced professionals in the music industry, music educators, and connect with other like-minded students.
All workshops are held Monday through Friday, from 9 am – 4:30 pm. Materials are included and a camp T-shirt must be worn during the camp. Students can elect to participate in a different workshop each week.
Students will plan, organize, and implement a closing program open to families, sponsors, and members of the community. Students receive a certificate of completion at the end of each workshop.
